Welcome to ZeePOS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our EPOS software, hardware products, and related services provided by ZeePOS ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, installing, or using any ZeePOS product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
ZeePOS provides EPOS hardware, software solutions, and related business management services designed for retail and hospitality businesses. Our products include but are not limited to:
All orders are subject to acceptance by ZeePOS. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Full payment or agreed payment terms must be met before delivery or activation of products and services. Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Hardware delivery timescales will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. ZeePOS is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. Software activation is completed remotely upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed.
ZeePOS hardware products carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated. Software is provided on a subscription or licence basis. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications.
ZeePOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our software solely for your business operations. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the software without our express written permission.
Technical support is available during our stated business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Support queries submitted outside these hours will be addressed on the next available business day. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
ZeePOS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of ZeePOS products may involve the processing of personal and business data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and use your data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. ZeePOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
ZeePOS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our products and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
